Class Descriptions

POWER LUNCH CLASSES (12:10 PM-12:55 PM):

ZUMBA POWER (moderate to challenging intensity) Now you can meringue, cumbia, salsa & reggaeton your way to a better body during your lunch hour with this 45 minute high energy dance-fitness class!

POWER STEP (moderate to challenging intensity) High Intensity step aerobic class using easy to follow choreography & athletic training to get your heart pumping and melt away those unwanted pounds!




SPIN (moderate to challenging intensity)
Burn several hundred calories with this intense workout on a stationary bicycle.

WEIGHT LIFTING (moderate to challenging intensity)
This non-aerobic class is very athletic and challenging, yet easy to follow. Use barbells and dumbells to tone and strengthen the entire body.

CARDIO KICKBOXING (moderate to challenging intensity)
Intense fat- burning workout that will tone, define and strengthen your muscles using a variety of punches, kicks, strikes and blocks!

AB LAB/BOTTOM LINE (moderate to challenging)Hard core ab work with lower body strengthening to tone your core, legs and glutes. Challenging but fun!

POWER FLEX (moderate to challenging) This advanced circuit style class consists of high intensity cardio and weight resistance intervals. Super fun and challenging! 

ZUMBA (moderate to challenging intensity) Like to dance and break out with a sweat? Then you will like Zumba!! This fun dance-fitness class will incorporate 4 latin rhythms-merengue, salsa, cumbia and reggaeton. Come join the Party!!

C.H.I.S.E.L. (moderate to challenging intensity) This intense workout will challenge you by using fast moving intervals of spinning, weight-lifting, jump ropes, agility ladder and other fun props!

STEP AEROBICS (moderate to challenging intensity) If your looking for a fun and challenging fitness class, then this is the class for you! Step aerobics with a some ab work and strength training.


YOGA (mild to moderate intensity) Yoga poses promote flexibility, strength and calmness. Relaxes tension and emotional resistance. Enhances breath, immune system, function and stability. 

YO'LATES(moderate to challenging intensity)
The ancient wisdom of yoga blended with cutting edge core techniques to bring strength, balance, poise & confidence to your body.

FOREVER FIT (mild to moderate intensity) For all the young at heart exercisers or if you are just starting your exercise journey! This class includes simple aerobics, muscle conditioning and flexibility training.

FELDENKRAIS (low intensity) Functional integration and awareness through movement.

PILATES (moderate intensity) Strengthen the abdominals, tone the body, improve flexibility and endurance with this unique class. Precision movements and core conditioning produce effective functional training.

AQUA BLAST ( high intensity) All the fun aqua offers while combining aerobic conditioning with deep core training throughout the workout.
